Sold as a "friction reducer" to slightly increase power output.
Ordered this from Moss Motors. Arrived in 4 days with a host of other items. I have been looking for an oil additive, compatable with synthetic oils, to reduce lifter noise.
Works like a charm with Mobil 1 10w-30. Clatter is still there on start-up for a second, but the noise on hot days with a hot engine is GONE. I live in South Florida, so this is a godsend.
