Black (silver also available) grill that fits in "mouth" of car. Mostly an appearance item, but also affords some radiator protection from high way debris.

About one week.

Finish seems high-quality: black powder coat. Installation is pretty easy (getting supplied Allen wrench screws started takes a little perseverence). The hard part is removing the tow hooks. THIS IS A BITCH. Held in by three bolts each. Access to two of them is pretty easy, but the third is in a real tight spot. Took me at least three times as long to get the tow hooks off as it did to get the grill on. Appearance is, of course, in the eye of the beholder, but I'm pleased. Black is very subtle and classy to my eye (subject car is red--silver might be a better choice for black or silver car).

All black sport grille with two allen head screws provided.

It took about a week to arrive from sunny CA. I had removed the "fangs" (tie down hooks) before it arrived, so installation was quick and easy. However, I could not get my 10 mm socket to fit in the space to remove the two bolts at the top of the grill mouth. A 10 mm box wrench worked fine. The two allen head screws supplied with the grill required a little extra time to get them started (not much space for fingers), used a 3/16 allen wrench to tighten down. Fits snug and looks great in my white M2. Took less than 10 minutes to install.

I was told by other Miata owners that it would take a long time to get it from R-Speed since they closed their Atlanta location. However, it arrived on the date they quoted and took about a week. Very satisfied.

Brainstorm Sport Grill sometimes called the Classic Grill. 7 vertical aluminum fins.

Very easy to install. Tie down hooks had to be removed, but once that was done it was an easy installation. Called Brainstorm befoer ordering and talked about comments listed on these reviews about the grill not fitting the opening. Was told that was fixed, and it has been. Two bold come out and two new bolts with allen heads hold the grill in place.

Grill looks great on my car, it is Montego Blue and the silver grill looks great with the ark color!

Ferrari-styled grill made of welded aluminum fins. Thick metal and careful attention to welding and powder coated detail.

Although only two screws hold the grill in the mouth, this is not a simple installation. The "tow hooks" need to be removed before the grill can fit. The interior mounting holes do not line up with the product since the grill's vertical fins are too long. The lower plastic cover of the mouth really needs to be cut in order for the grill to seat properly. Refusing to cut into MY plastic, I used a prybar and forced the grill downwards to line up with the mounting holes. Once the screws were in place, I tugged the grill firmly forward into position, but doing so probably gouged all the paint on the mouth.

Therefore, NOT completely reversible.

A great looking productwhen installed, but I am VERY disappointed with the design not fitting the car.

A classic grid type grille similar to that used by Ferrari for many years.

Very good looking once installed and appears to be well made. Unfortunately, it wasn't a simple bolt in installation. The lower sections of the vertical bars were a bit long and required some minor Dremel surgery to fit (I had to notch the lower valance panel in the mouth of the car). This seemed easier than cutting the metal of the grille.

Extremely cool; it transforms the front end. The fitting problem was annoying though. I'd still do it again.
