These are complete replacement door panels. They are extremely well constructed. Higher quality panels that the stock panels with better quality vinyl, better insulation and a perfect fit.
These are built by a fellow miata owner who takes a lot of pride in his work. I found John Hudson (jihudson@tlanta.com)on ebay. I order the classic red for my 1997 and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The panels completely transformed my interior - the red contrasting the black trim, door handle and lock looks awesome. For the money you will have a hard time finding a better value modification for you car.
Installation is a breeze. I had to make some minor modifications to make room for the motors of my power door locks but it was a piece of cake. John is very helpful and his directions are excellent.
