Remanufactured front and rear disc brake calipers

LRC's brakes were beginning to show the effects of 145,000 miles of daily use. Actually, the car's  maintainance log shows that at about 45,000 miles the right rear brake began to have what I  hear is a common early Miata problem; the parking brake would not release. I actually came up with a sort-of cure, but I didn't like the fact that about every 20,000 miles I'd have to pull the  caliper and go through this drill. At about 85,000 miles the front brakes began making funny   "click"noises when the brakes were applied, and from that point on I noticed an overall decline  in stopping power, and a tendance to wander from side-to-side during hard braking. I tried  complete disassembly, cleaning and lubricating, new pads, resurfaced discs, etc. Nothing gave the level of braking performance that the car was built to have. I noticed that Roebuck Mazda  offered Mazda rebuilt calipers for a very reasonable price, so I bought four.

The brakes are now just great! Powerful, smooth and straight........

I guess these are in tight supply. It took Mitchell at Roebuck about 2 weeks to get the left rear unit, but it was worth the wait, and the money.

Under 30 minutes to remove completely
