Halogen reverse light and audible back up warning alarm that replaces reverse light bulb.

Stopped in AutoZone today and picked this nifty little product up on a whim, thought it would be kind of funny to have a Miata that sounds like a dump-truck when it is in reverse. Cost $20 and installed in less than a minute. On my 97 all I had to do was remove the bulb housing, twist out the bulb, twist in the reverse beeper and light and snap the bulb housing back in.

My only complaint is that it isn't as loud as I wish it was, I was hoping for something really loud and obnoxious. When I found out that it didn't produce the volume that I wanted I ran back to the store and picked up a second one for the other reverse light, made it a bit louder, but the 2 produce slightly different tones which sound pretty obnoxious in unison even if it isn't very loud )

The lights are quite small but just as bright as the originals and I get some pretty interesting looks in parking lots now. Hey, a Miata is all about having fun isn't it? )

Under 5 minutes to remove
