Miata 90-2005 Coilover Suspension package. Spring rate front/rear 450/335.

This suspension is amazing! It completely transforms how the car handles in every possible way. It is amazing that a suspension setup can be more confortable than stock, but handle like a pro. You can adjust the dampening very easily with dials on the top of the shocks (engine bay and trunk access) from rock hard to very soft (from 1 click to 30). I use my miata for everything from track days and autocrossing to plain old driving to work.

I took a long time to research suspension products for my 91 miata before I took the plunge. I had driven on a load of different suspension setups, but never seemed very impressed. Well, I did kind of like the Tien coilovers, but still not the performance I was looking for. What finally sold me was when a friend of mine got the ohlins coilover setup for his RX8. I was blown away. I had driven his car a lot before he got the Ohlins, and I couldn't believe the difference. So, I got mine for my miata, installed them in a couple of hours and WOW! I was able to pull 1.2 G's easily on a 50 meter skid pad and that would be better if my tire situation was better. I also bought chassis braces, sway bars, adjustable end links, the works, but was waiting to install them after the suspension. After I installed the Ohlins, I realized that all of those accessories are just to cover up inadequate suspension! The Ohlins are a bit more expensive than other setups, but I would gl! adly pay more for this type of performance!

Over 30 minutes to remove completely
